FF7 Remake and more on Xbox Game Pass
Ghosts to question and a planet to save? If that sounds like a mandate for adventure, then the upcoming slate of games landing on Game Pass is precisely the kind of mental fuel we need. It looks like the next few weeks are shaping up to be a veritable playground for gamers, packed with everything from sprawling RPGs and psychological horror to delightfully bizarre puzzle adventures.
The lineup promises a serious dose of variety, catering to every mood. We have epic tales waiting to unfold, such as the highly anticipated Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, which continues to deliver breathtaking visuals and a compelling narrative, blending real-time action with strategic combat. Alongside this grand spectacle, the supernatural mystery of The Séance of Blake Manor invites players into a chilling 1897 Irish hotel filled with secrets and other-worldly occurrences.
For those looking to dive into deeply immersive, atmospheric experiences, there are some truly unique gems on the horizon. Prepare for the unsettling psychological horror of Mouthwashing, a journey into the void where the crew of the Tulpar are stranded in space, shrouded in perpetual sunset. Similarly, the horror parkour game Terrible Lizards offers a refreshing take on action, asking players to rely on fluid movement and parkour rather than brute force as they escape looming threats.
The variety doesn’t stop there. Game Pass is bringing us games that blend creativity with chaos. Sandustry invites players to explore and mine fully destructible worlds while managing complex production chains, making every pixel a valuable resource. Meanwhile, wholesome fun is guaranteed with Dodo Duckie, a reality-bending odyssey where being a duck grants you the superpower to switch instantly between 2D and 3D worlds to outsmart aliens and rescue friends.
Action and community are also on the menu. Fans of large-scale multiplayer action RPGs will find plenty to conquer with Scramble Knights Online, an MMO-lite adventure where players can explore the shared online kingdom of Terracott, work together on quests, and forge powerful new gear. For those who love classic arcade fun, the beloved Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted returns in glorious HD, offering familiar, chaotic backyard battles with brand new levels.
Even classics are making a reappearance. While some beloved titles are making their way out of the service, other masterpieces are still accessible, including remastered editions of titles like Day of the Tentacle Remastered and Grim Fandango Remastered, ensuring that nostalgia remains a powerful force.
The platform also provides excellent tools for competitive play, offering exclusive benefits like the Welcome Pack for The Finals, and exclusive XP Stock bundles for World of Tanks Modern Armor. With updates to massive franchises, like the Season 2 update for The Elder Scrolls Online, providing new solo dungeons and rewards, the library is constantly evolving.
Whether you are seeking a mind-bending puzzle, a high-octane adventure, or a chilling narrative, the current selection proves that Game Pass remains a powerhouse for discovering new worlds and unforgettable experiences. Keep your eyes peeled for more content; the adventure has just begun.
