Using this knowledge, Super Earth’s Ministry of Science successfully determined a way into the Void by opening and stabilizing a wormhole on Rirga Bay. The Gateway is now open, a conduit leading to cosmic chaos.

Space inside the Void is a realm unlike anything known. There are no familiar stars or marvelous skies to behold; instead, the planets pulled into the Void have been transformed, mutated, and reborn within it. These strange worlds are saturated with Illuminate ruins and ancient technologies, beckoning those brave enough to document and destroy them.

The mission now pivots to liberation. Helldivers must navigate these bizarre landscapes, seeking out the Source Planet, formerly known as Seasse. However, this world is no longer pure. It is consumed by haunting flora from the Void and filled with Illuminate horrors—the Wretch, the Crusher, and the abominable lands in which they dwell. The task is to liberate this core world from its corruption.

To ensure success, new objectives have been introduced. Diving into the Void requires a shift in strategy; instead of linear dives, operations now feature several randomized primary objectives for every exploration. This demands speed, cooperation, and tactical brilliance from every squad.

Exploration is not just about combat; it is about documentation. Helldivers must utilize their tactical video cameras to record discoveries within the Void, destroy Illuminate structures, and conduct reconnaissance missions. They must chronicle the war crimes and end the foul corruption that festers across these mutated realms.
