Smell the Victory: Street Fighter Characters Get Official Fragrances in Street Fighter 6 Collaboration

For gamers, the experience goes far beyond the screen. It involves reaction time, strategy, and an immersion that touches every sense. Now, Capcom and Gaming Fragrances are bringing that immersive feeling into the olfactory realm, launching official scent collections for three iconic characters from Street Fighter 6.

Players can now associate their favorite fighters with distinct aromas through these specially crafted oil sets, offering a unique sensory layer to the competitive gaming experience. Each set includes a beautiful wood diffuser and fragrant oils tuned to the specific personality of Ed, Ingrid, and Juri.

Ed’s scent profile leans into a crisp, woody amber atmosphere, blending bergamot, vetiver, clove, spearmint, and rosemary. Gaming Fragrances promises this fragrance is the perfect companion for those needing to “throw out counter pokes without getting whiff-punished.”

Ingrid’s scent evokes a feeling of flowing clarity and calm, with notes of grapefruit, leafy green, rose, and jasmine, anchored by woody amber, musk, and lingering citrus. This fragrance is designed to enhance mental focus for players seeking precise timing in accumulation and release.

Juri’s aroma offers a burst of vibrant energy, described as a fruity floral fragrance featuring notes of strawberries, passion fruit, raspberries, blueberries, and violets—a scent designed to make hit-confirms feel razor-sharp and exhilarating.

The partnership is powered by Gaming Fragrances, a Japanese brand aiming to incorporate the world of beloved characters into daily life through scent. This collaboration builds on previous ventures between Capcom and this fragrance house, including character-specific perfumes released at the Capcom Cafe in 2024 for characters like Luke and Jamie.

These oil diffusers are intended for atmosphere rather than skin application. Gamers are encouraged to pour a few drops of the oil onto the wood diffusers within their gaming space to set a special vibe before diving into ranked matches. Each diffuser retails for ¥6,850 (approximately $42.15 USD) and will be shipping out in October 2026.

While the collection focuses on these core characters, there is an open door for future collaborations. However, based on the current line-up, it’s safe to assume that some iconic figures will remain scent-free—though no one can imagine smelling like M. Bison, who, by reputation, probably smells suspiciously like horse.
