The exciting news was officially announced at MagicCon in Amsterdam on July 17th, unveiling what is affectionately dubbed ‘The Superdrop of the Moonlight Jellies.’ This ambitious collaboration brings the entire world of the Ferngill Republic into the realm of trading cards, promising players a unique way to forge bonds across the table.

One of the most celebrated inclusions is the original Stardew Valley land card, which boasts artwork straight from the game’s creator himself, ConcernedApe. This piece perfectly mirrors the gameplay mechanics of Stardew Valley, allowing players to tap a creature they control, create a food token, choose a target permanent under their control, and grant another player control over that item. It’s a charming nod to Stardew’s beloved gift-giving system and an excellent mechanism for creating shared in-game bonds.

The collaboration doesn’t stop there. Select bundles will also feature unique foil cards, such as Puca’s Mischief, a Lucky Purple Memento foil card that lets players exchange nonland permanents of equal or lesser mana value—a truly whimsical twist on standard MTG rules.

Wizards of the Coast has provided previews of all the cards included in this Superdrop and several attractive bundles for collectors. Other exclusive options include the Prismatic Shard Foil Bundle, featuring foil versions of the key cards for $129.97 USD, and the Traveling Cart Non-Foil Bundle, offering a collection of themed items for $99.97 USD.
