Mark your calendars: the first episode of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners season 2 will debut live on Twitch on October 20th. This means fans can watch the unfolding story in real-time, engaging with the chaos and intensity alongside the action.
For those who want the full experience, the subsequent episodes, two through ten, will be available on Netflix, offering a seamless way to dive deep into the world of Night City.
To maximize the interactive element, the studio is inviting select streamers to co-stream the episode on their personal channels. This means viewers won’t just be watching the story; they’ll be part of the narrative. Furthermore, users will have the chance to win exclusive Twitch Chat Badges, rewarding the most engaged audience members for their attention.
The story itself promises to be a stark look at the extremes of human existence. With the tagline suggesting a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge, the season explores the ultimate question: when the world is blinded by spectacle, what extreme measures must one take to make their story matter?
The narrative is anchored by stellar performances. Hideo Kojima is set to reprise his role as Hideyoshi Oshima, bringing his unique intensity back to the role. The cast also features intriguing new additions, including D, voiced by Koki Uchiyama and Nazeeh Tarsha, and the legendary Clancy Brown taking on the role of Weak Kingsley.
Alongside these returning and new faces, we also get to follow camera-wielding Roman Carrax, voiced by Momoka Terasawa and Valeria Rodriguez, as he navigates the treacherous landscape of Night City. Get ready for an adrenaline rush as this new season brings the intensity of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners to a whole new level.
