Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct: Everything Nintendo Announced

Additionally, the Zelda Notes app is receiving a major upgrade, integrating support for Ocarina of Time to help players track their adventures, challenge themselves with virtual quizzes, and explore new features.

The franchise’s narrative is also moving into the cinematic realm. Nintendo confirmed the title of the live-action feature is simply The Legend of Zelda. This film, based on the accumulated stories and concepts of the series, is planned for a worldwide theatrical release on April 30, 2027.
