Zelda Encyclopedia Sale on Amazon Today
When Amazon rolls out its big seasonal sales, fans of gaming have a chance to snag some seriously valuable treasures. This week’s promotion features a fantastic deal on the Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia, making it an irresistible addition for any devoted fan of the series.
This comprehensive hardcover book is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike. While it’s already been a consistently popular choice, the current promotion—including a buy 1, get 1 50% off deal—makes it an especially tempting time to acquire a copy for yourself or to share with a friend.
The Encyclopedia itself is a deep dive into the history of the franchise, published back in 2018. It serves as a solid historical database, but it’s important to understand its scope. It meticulously covers the first 30 years of The Legend of Zelda, extending only through the Twilight Princess era. This means that if you are looking for the absolute latest history, information from games like Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom are currently missing from this specific volume.
Despite its limited scope, the Encyclopedia remains the only official version of this detailed guide currently available. As the franchise celebrates its 40th anniversary, there is growing speculation that Nintendo might eventually release an updated edition incorporating the newest titles, but no official announcement has been made yet.
For those seeking even deeper historical context, there are other related books available, such as Hyrule Historia and Art & Artifacts, which offer more specific historical and artistic details about the franchise. While these titles are fascinating, they are not currently included in the major Amazon sale.
To maximize your savings during this promotion, savvy shoppers can look beyond the main encyclopedia. Other notable titles in the sale include Akira Himeka’s manga for Ocarina of Time, a wonderful addition for fans of the remake. However, for a truly complete collection and maximum savings, we suggest pairing the Encyclopedia with supplementary guides.
Guides for Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom offer the crucial, up-to-date information that the Encyclopedia lacks. These guides are similarly priced and provide the exact knowledge needed to fill in those missing historical gaps. By combining the Encyclopedia with either a Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom guide, you can secure an extra discount and build an incredibly rich and complete collection of Legend of Zelda history.
