The latest trailer for Black Myth: Zhong Kui reveals stunning gameplay, intense swordplay, and some truly satisfying ASMR parrying, promising an adventure steeped in myth and deadly combat.

Adapted from the classic folktale of Zhong Kui banishing evil, the game plunges players into a challenging realm where a nameless hero finds himself stranded on an island. Here, he must master polished swordsmanship and utilize magical spells, enhanced by flames and lightning, to confront hostile natives. The world is rich with atmosphere, balancing epic fantasy action with demanding environmental puzzles.

The trailer puts the player directly into the action, showcasing fluid movement and skillful evasion. The hero engages in breathtaking combat, executing cool backstep maneuvers to dodge danger at the last second, underscoring the demanding yet rewarding nature of the sword fights.

The highlight of the trailer is an unforgettable boss battle. The protagonist faces a towering figure with grotesque clamshell wings at the mouth of a small lake.
