Your Weekend Just Got an Upgrade: Ubisoft Takes Over Xbox with Free Play Days!

Get ready to ditch the ordinary, because the Xbox community is gearing up for an epic gaming event. Ubisoft is throwing a massive Free Play Days takeover, bringing five massive titles into the hands of Xbox members for a limited time. Mark your calendars: from Thursday, October 1st to Sunday, October 4th, gamers can dive into these huge experiences completely free of charge.

The lineup is stacked with some of the most ambitious worlds and action-packed adventures available. Players will have access to titles including FARCRY 6, the massive open-world shooter; Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, an epic journey across Ancient Greece; Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, an immersive exploration of Pandora; Skull and Bones, a thrilling naval combat experience; and The Crew Motorfest, a celebration of car culture across Hawaii.

This incredible lineup is available to all XBOX members, meaning no need to subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential to jump into the fun. All that is required is your Xbox console and a desire for some high-octane entertainment.

So, how do you claim your free games? It’s simpler than you think. Head over to XBOX.com to find the details for each title. You’ll find the options to install the games directly through the Microsoft Store, making the process seamless.

For console players, the download is quick and easy. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab in the XBOX Store and look for the Free Play Days collection to access these titles directly on your XBOX One and XBOX Series X|S.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. The event is designed to be a double-win. While you can enjoy the full experience for free, there’s still an opportunity to snag these titles—and others—at special limited-time discounts. This means you can keep the free playtime while still finding incredible deals on full-priced editions, all while safeguarding any Gamerscore or achievements you’ve already earned during the event.

Whether you want to lead a rebellion in Yara, forge your destiny as a Spartan warrior, explore the wilds of Pandora, command a legendary ship, or cruise the Hawaiian islands in style, these Free Play Days offer the perfect opportunity to expand your gaming horizons. Don’t miss this chance to explore, compete, and create!
