VisionQuest spoiler threat: Tom Holland loses his MCU crown
There is a buzz swirling around the Marvel universe, and it seems the source might be one of its own stars. Actor Ruaridh Mollica, known for his role as Tommy Shepherd, has become the unlikely epicenter of a major spoiler storm, raising suspicions that he may have inadvertently spilled the beans about an upcoming cameo for his fellow Marvel stars.
Mollica’s presence in the MCU is built on a foundation of real-life connections. He made his cinematic debut in the Disney Plus series as Tommy, the son of Vision and Wanda, and brother to Joe Locke’s Billy Kaplan. The story of how this connection developed before the big screen is as charming as it is revealing.
When discussing his time working with Locke in a play before the MCU, Mollica shared an anecdote that highlights the effortless chemistry between the actors. He recounted that they actually shot their MCU scenes before the play, and they met for coffee beforehand. This initial meeting turned into an instant friendship, where the excitement led to a wonderfully secret shared experience.
“We were just so excited, so excited, we became such good friends instantly,” Mollica shared. He continued, describing how that period of collaboration led to an unexpected side effect: people were doing secret MCU fan art at the stage door during the West End performance. It was an amazing, secret connection that began to leak slowly.
While the timeline of their professional work and personal connection is clear, fans are now leaning into the most tantalizing theory: that Mollica might have inadvertently given away a major plot point concerning Joe Locke’s character in the upcoming VisionQuest.
The speculation has taken a humorous turn, with fans jokingly suggesting that the spoiler crown has fallen on Mollica, and that the cosmic mastermind, Kevin Feige, might be the beneficiary of this accidental leak. Some fans have openly joked that Ruaridh is simply “spoiling everything omg.”
The mystery continues as the VisionQuest series streams weekly on Disney Plus. With the show ongoing, the anticipation builds for any further revelations regarding the Marvel family, keeping fans eagerly awaiting whatever secret might be unfolding next.
