Bringing the charismatic best bud from Cyberpunk 2077 into the TCG, this Legend arrives in green and boasts a RAM value of 2. With an impressive attack power of 8, Jackie gains an added advantage through his “Go Solo” ability, allowing him to steal extra gigs when attacking—a strategic move for breaking through high-power thresholds.

But Jackie’s true strength lies not just in raw damage; he excels at defense. The Legend introduces a clever mechanism that rewards players for keeping their valuable units safe. By spending 1 Eddy when a unit would be defeated, players can instead remove and discard Jackie Welles from the game. This ability positions him perfectly as a loyal bodyguard, ensuring critical units—especially those loaded with expensive cyberware—are shielded from fatal blows.
